There are technically a few like, Poison Ivy, Dr Freeze, Dr Doom, (I guess Black Adam since DC made him a copy of Dr Doom now), for example are villains who have goals that would be considered good. But their methods of achieving that goal are what make them evil.

I absolutely HATE the versions that portray Bane as some skinny guy until he takes the Venom. Batman: The Animated Series, Young Justice and Batman vs TMNT are the best interpretations of what Bane looks like before he takes the Venom.
